Oil & Gas
Focussing mostly within the North American oil & gas sector, we offer aggregated and custom mandates to target high free cash flow with long-term investment horizons and managed risk.
From exploration to production, conventional oil sands to unconventional gas, our stock selection and portfolio construction can create a range of risk and return exposures.
Real Assets
Our secondary focus is on the REITs space. Each REITs sub-sector has substantially different characteristics, and individual REITs within sub-sectors can very greatly, making this a stock-pickers market.
We also invest in tangible assets such as land and infrastructure development projects.
